You and your family are invited to my house on Dec. 17th to count my Santas. You can also enjoy a hot cup of coco and Christmas cookies.


Drop by between 7 and 8:30 pm.

A prize will be given to the person who comes the closest. The winner will be announced when school starts in January.

I will get a verbal RSVP on the 15th.

Just a update...

• big paper packet coming home tomorrow
• yearbook info in tomorrow's packet
• please let me know if your family was assigned to do cupcakes or punch but can not
• students need to be at school on Wed. night at 6:45.  They should come to Mrs. Crebbs room.
• Students should wear nice clothes. ( Please do not buy anything new) The lights are hot, so cool, short sleeved tops are best
• Do not forget to order you videos!  Order blanks will be advailable at the program.

Today you child will be bringing home a very important request.  I have asked every family to do something for the program Wed. night.  I am so sorry about the short notice.  I usually ask parents what they would like to do, but with me being out of town with my dad, I did not have time to do this.  If I have asked your family to do something you can not do, please let me know.  If you have any questions, email me.  I will be in NC with my dad this weekend but will be checking my school email.  Thanks for everything!   Mrs. J

I want to tank everyone for all the kind words and prayers during my dad's illness. He is still very sick in Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in NC. I hope to be here all week and leave at lunch time Fri so that I can go back to be with him. Mrs. Poole will be my sub. With that said, sadly I will have to cancel the Trick or Treating at my house on Friday night. I so hate to disappoint my students, but I feel my mom and Dad need me. I have something really special planned for the class at my house during the winter holidays so I hope that makes up for not being able to come Friday night. When things calm down a little, I will waer my costume for them to see what I was planning to be.


Do not forget the art packet is due Nov. 4th. You must but the magnet, it is not free. Early release and the end of the 1st nine weeks Friday. I am still planning on having the parent planning meeting at my house Nov. 4th at 7:00. We had a great first practice on stage today, so I feel this will be the best VA program ever. Parent conference times came home in today's Tue. envelope. I am completely full, so I hope the times will work. I gave everyone the closest time to the time that was asked for. Paper packets did not get stapled together today because we had an end of the 9 weeks movie that started right after lunch. There was only 1 or 2 papers so just sign them and return them by Fri.
