I want to tank everyone for all the kind words and prayers during my dad's illness. He is still very sick in Wake Forest Baptist Hospital in NC. I hope to be here all week and leave at lunch time Fri so that I can go back to be with him. Mrs. Poole will be my sub. With that said, sadly I will have to cancel the Trick or Treating at my house on Friday night. I so hate to disappoint my students, but I feel my mom and Dad need me. I have something really special planned for the class at my house during the winter holidays so I hope that makes up for not being able to come Friday night. When things calm down a little, I will waer my costume for them to see what I was planning to be.
Do not forget the art packet is due Nov. 4th. You must but the magnet, it is not free. Early release and the end of the 1st nine weeks Friday. I am still planning on having the parent planning meeting at my house Nov. 4th at 7:00. We had a great first practice on stage today, so I feel this will be the best VA program ever. Parent conference times came home in today's Tue. envelope. I am completely full, so I hope the times will work. I gave everyone the closest time to the time that was asked for. Paper packets did not get stapled together today because we had an end of the 9 weeks movie that started right after lunch. There was only 1 or 2 papers so just sign them and return them by Fri.
