Hi Class, Hope you are having a good week with Mrs. Pool. I got home from the hospital about lunch time yesterday and I feel great. Remember to work hard and watch the chatter. The best gift you can give me is to get good reports from Mrs.Pool. Use you free time to read on your April AR bookreport. Later on this weekend I will be making the "Magic Hat" Smilebox. I will also be posting great new internet sites for you to check out. Time for breakfast. Work hard today and have a great weekend.

Reminder

Monday we will celebrate our great Reading benchmark score with a chocolate fountain. Several students have volunteered to bring in items to dip. Please check to see if your child volunteered for anything. I will be providing the fountain and chocolate. They have worked very hard and I was so proud of their Reading scores!

We are back into the swing of things and I must say, the class came back ready to work! We have had a great start to the New Year. Be on the look out for our class picture in the Mechanicsville Local. Emma and I submitted a photo and article last week. A new Smile box of the Biography book reports will be sent out in a few days. They were sooooooooooooo good! I loved the costumes.
