Pumpkin carving and the Fairy Tale Ball
A big thank you goes out to all the parents, grandparents and godparents who came out today to help us carve our pumpkins. It was so much fun and the jack o lanterns turned out fantastic! Smilebox has just been sent out so everyone can see the great job you did. Battlefield parents and families are the best in the state!
Do not forget that tomorrow is the Fariy Tale Ball. Students can come dressed as their favorite Fairy Tale charactor. We will all go to the cafeterria at 1:30 to hear a story told by Snow White....rumor has it that she will even bring along her 7 little buddies!

Va/Veteran Program planning meeting
Just a reminder that we will have a planning meeting at my house Oct. 19th at 7. Anyone who would like to help out is welcome to come.
Students can turn in their interview and picture early if they want to.
Heads up...your Va/Veteran's invitation will be in this weeks Tue. folder. Please return the RSVP as soon as you know how many will be coming. Do not forget to give your veteran their invitation. Also coming home Tue. will be an invitation to Trick or Treat at my house. Do you know what I will be yet??? Also do not forget that students need to bring in a pumpkin to carve. Parents and grandparents welcome...(I should say needed). Our plan is to carve 21 pumpkins in one hour!
